OUR ESTATES
Thomas Vineyard
Established in 1998. Three and a half hectare steep, north-facing vineyard planted with Chardonnay with small parcels of Syrah and Pinot Gris. Situated on Carson’s Hill, the vines are planted in low fertility, iron-rich clays, produced from weathered, ancient Jurassic bedrock. The site is diverse, multiple aspects create wines with intensity and complexity. Maritime salt-laden winds bring Umami flavours to the wines.
Margaret Reeve Lane Vineyard
Established in 2006. The two-hectare vineyard has mature plantings of Syrah and Bordeaux varieties with a steep north-facing aspect. Impoverished pink clay soil, mineral rich earth and our maritime climate are perfect for the production of our premium wine range.
OUR RESTAURANT
Relaxed, island-style eating with dishes to share with family and friends. Our menu offers carefully created dishes made from fresh, healthy and local ingredients. Discover new flavours and twists on all-time favourites.
If you are a meat lover, you should try a dish from our unique Josper charcoal grill. We are talking about perfectly seared meats full of moisture, juiciness and smoky flavours.
Combined with our outstanding wines, our menu is an exquisite culinary experience.

OUR WINES
Making wine on a small island in the Hauraki Gulf is extraordinary. It requires a dedicated and passionate team, who are willing to manually farm the land and work in the elements to combat all that nature throws at them to produce wines of excellence.
Our wines speak of the diversity of our soils, character of the vines, challenges of the season and commitment of our team to produce distinctive, complex, and concentrated wine.
THE LEGACY CLUB
The LEGACY wine club is our way of connecting with those who share our interest in great wine.
As a LEGACY wine club member, you will receive 6 or 12 wines delivered bi-annually of our Legacy range at the special wine club member price as well as exclusive access to our special releases, private events and exclusive member benefits.
As we produce limited quantities of Legacy wines, they are only made available to our LEGACY wine club members or those visiting our winery restaurant/cellar door.
WINE EXPERIENCES
A visit to our Cellar door and restaurant is the perfect way to experience Batch, surrounded by our vineyards and spectacular views. Enjoy wine tastings or food and wine pairings with our ambassadors. For a special treat enjoy a barrel tasting and winery tour with one of our wine ambassadors.
