Batch Winery
Our hi-tech gravity-flow winery is located at the island’s highest vineyard with spectacular views and produces wines which are crafted in small lots without compromise. Our wines seek to express the uniqueness of the land. Attention is given to every detail from the north-facing sun-soaked hillside vineyards to our state of the art winery. Our unique individual berry selection technology, wild fermentation, and gravity flow winery produce wonderful examples of Waiheke wines including Syrah, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Flora.

Thomas's Bach Restaurant
Our menu includes seasonal lunches, High Tea & Bubbles, and sunset dining. Many of our dishes are created for the shared table.
Our dishes look back to vintage dishes, quintessentially Waiheke favourites, updated with seasonal flavours and a contemporary twist such as pavlova with roasted seasonal fruits. Our Chefs use fresh produce, free range and organic where possible, and add freshly picked herbs from our kitchen garden.

The Batch Bus runs Wednesday through Sunday. It can be made available Monday through Thursday for larger groups.

- First pick-up: 11am departing Matiatia
- Last pick-up: 3pm departing Matiatia
- Last return to Matiatia: 5:30pm (only if booked)
